Rebirth of the Phoenix innovative model of cooperation between public and private institutions and enterprises for the benefit of those leaving care and education and foster families
The Polish Economic Company Plant of the training and the careers guidance LLC, in collaboration with partners: District Family Support Centre in Krasnik and the International Centre for Partnership Partners Network has started the implementation of Project: Rebirth of the Phoenix innovative model of cooperation between public and private institutions and enterprises for the benefit of those leaving care and education and foster families, Measure 1.1 Support system of labor market institutions.
The project was designed to wardes leaving care and education. The project aims to increase coordination and coherence of public and private labor market institutions, social assistance and integration, and entrepreneurs.
The project implementers want to enable project participants to participate fully in society, to provide the basic skills and improve educational opportunities and vocational training, and bring to society.
The product, which will result from the project will develop a model and schema exploration and financing of housing for former pupils and the use of coaching as mentors empowerment and business mentor, whose task will be to support the process of exit from care and educational institution.
Information on the project will be disseminated through press releases, distribution of leaflets, updating web pages, an account at Facebook and MSN messenger.
The project will be from 01/06/2012 to 28/02/2015 in the whole country.
